Sources 2 Projects & Process – Training Mentors for European Screenwriters and Filmmakers shares the Sources 2 project and process philosophy, its mentoring approach and methodologies with professionals.

The programme enhances professionals’ skills in transferring knowledge, developing human resources, mentoring and encouraging creative processes – which finally lead to efficient and productive collaboration. In addition, the workshop offers a forum for exchange and evaluation of experience among professionals in similar positions as well networking opportunities with international colleagues.

This workshop addresses professionals working in the position of mentors for screenwriters and filmmakers in the field of script and story development (fiction and documentary), such as screenwriters, developers, consultants, script editors, producers, commissioning editors, tutors, and decision makers.

advisers

Sources 2 advisers currently involved in the mentors training are Louise Gough (Australia), Karol Griffiths (UK/US) and Arash T. Riahi (Austria/Iran); also Michael Seeber (Austria), Eric Collins (France) a.o. were part of Projects & Process. Paul Tyler (Denmark/United Kingdom) has been a regular guest adviser for many years. Further guest advisers/lecturers vary from workshop to workshop.

Sources 2 Projects & Process is a three-month process involving three work groups per max. six participants each. Three Sources 2 advisers guide through work processes, case studies and discussions.
